The 2025 meeting will be held at the Biltmore Miami – Coral Gables in Miami, Florida from Wednesday April 2 – Saturday, April 5, 2025.
Meeting starts with a Welcome Reception at 6 pm on Wednesday, April 2nd and ends at 12 p.m. on Saturday, April 5th .
The 2025 Program Book and an updated Member Directory are under review and will be published in the coming months.

Hotel information
The Biltmore Experience:
As a guest in our stunning property, the Biltmore Experience will include access to one of the largest hotel pools in the continental US, admittance to The Biltmore Fitness Center, access to our tennis courts, complimentary access to Press Reader application with over 5,000 downloadable domestic and international publications, unlimited local calls, and in-room high speed internet.
Room rate: $369 US/day plus tax and fees

Refer to “Group Booking ID# 9969, American Association of Genitourinary Surgeons Room Block” when reserving your accommodations. Note that calling after hours connects to a third party call center who are unable to book or modify group bookings.
Program Cutoff Date:
Reservations should be made no later than the Cutoff Date of March 03, 2025 to take advantage of your group rate. On this date, online access deactivates and any unsold portion of your block we be returned to general sale. Any reservations received after this date will be confirmed based on room availability at the prevailing transient rates.
Deposits:
All rooms require the deposit of the first night’s stay and tax upon booking. Rooms are subject to a 72 hour cancelation policy. Failure to show or cancelation within three (3) days of check-in will be assessed the deposit. Guest room accommodations are subject to a 13% tax and $10 nightly room resort fee.
$10 Resort Fee
It is noted that the AAGUS contracted a reduced $10 nightly room resort fee, included in group rate. Rest assured that this is set up in our systems and our team members are aware of this concession. However, the generic e-confirmations are unable to be modified and will reflect the hotel’s standard $23 resort fee.
Check-In | Check-Out
Check in is 4:00 pm, early arrivals are subject to availability and not guaranteed. To guarantee the room early, please book the room the night before. Check out is at noon, late check outs are subject to availability and not guaranteed. We can offer complimentary late check-out only up to 12:30 pm; subject to availability and not guaranteed. To guarantee up to 4:00 pm would be a half day rate and after 4:00 pm is a full night’s stay. However, if the room is not available before arrival or after check-out, guests may still enjoy the property and leave the luggage with Concierge.
